Book Review: Terra in Bloom by Sean Davies

Terra in Bloom by Sean Davies

I received a free electronic review copy of this book via Voracious Readers Only. All thoughts and opinions shared are my own.

Terra in Bloom by Sean Davies is a dystopian future novel told from varying points of view as characters travel the globe. When an object from space lands in the Atlantic and sends mysterious spores into the air, panic ensues. The people flee to “Clean Zones” that have been set up and many are left behind and infected. Over the years, various strains of the virus are identified as well as “Immunes.” The “Immunes” and some strong regulars are often sent out to complete tasks to help their zone survive. But what happens when missions collide and the planet is put in jeopardy?

I found Terra in Bloom to be incredibly imaginative and thoroughly thought out. The story diverges and blends at different points to create multiple storylines that hold readers rapt. There is no easy path as the characters embark on dangerous adventures that hold twists and turns galore. Watch the characters develop as they discover new information about the space object, themselves, and the plans of those in charge.

Dystopia, futurism, fantasy, drama, adventure, and romance. This book has something for everyone, all rolled into a complex and intriguing story. I would recommend Terra in Bloom by Sean Davies to anyone with a wild imagination who loves to visualize. I also think this book would make a great movie.

Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you have a lovely day.
